Neck Man (首男, Kubi Otoko), When you Wish Upon the Moon (月に願いを, Tsuki ni Negai wo), The First Saury Festival (第一回サンマ祭り, Dai Ikkai Sanma Matsuri) is the 67th episode of the Kyōkai no Rinne Anime and the 17th episode of the third season.
Summary
Annette reports Rinne of a disembodied head stalking her. But the young man, on top of not being a spirit, is actually in trouble because of the witch.
On a night of a crescent moon, Refuto and Raito once again make use of Rinne to summon a god of thriving business from the top of the abandoned club building, for the offering used to bring that god forth is too much to resist.
“Autumn is all about mackerel pikes”, even in the Shinigami World, where Kain get the Shinigamis to deal with a giant mackerel spirit going berserk for not having been grilled properly.
